The CBA Guide (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Colin Maher, Sole Proprietor. The Site provides articles, explanations, tools, data, and other materials relating to the NBA Collective Bargaining Agreement and salary cap rules (“Site Content”). The Site is currently free to access, with premium tools or features potentially introduced in the future.
